If there is an issue with the purchase please reach out to us at email@example.com with information about your order to discuss a refund or exchange.

You can learn more about the Seel Return Assurance policy here. If you do not purchase Seel Return Assurance along with your order, the order is Final Sale as stated above.
We always hope our jewelry brings you joy and are happy to do repairs to our stretch fit and enamel bracelets if needed within the first six months after purchase. If it’s been longer, please reach out and we may charge a fee to restring or fix bracelets as needed. Many bracelets can be resized, shipping must be covered to and back to the customer by the customer who purchased the products.
