We offer a variety of shipping options which are calculated at checkout. Shipping is free for orders of $100 or more.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday, with a majority of orders shipping same day before UPS deadlines (3pm CT). Custom order and presale timelines are detailed on product pages. For questions please see our FAQs or contact us.

If your order includes both presale and in-stock items, your entire order will ship together once the presale item becomes available. In-stock items will be held until all items in your order are ready to ship. If you would like to receive your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing them in a separate order.

International customers are responsible for payment of any additional fees, customs, duties and taxes upon delivery.
